Mary is extremely helpful and knowledgeable with answers to questions. Very professional and courteous at all times.
Prime storage is extremely clean. Their staff members are polite and helpful. The rate are very awesome. I visited many storage facilities and their rates beat the rest.
The people are great. Facility new and clean. But despite assurance to the contrary, they raised rates within 2 months of moving in. They have you trapped.
Walked in as if I was clueless and was greeted with friendly smiles with employees ready and willing to help. I asked if there was anything I needed to do or check since I started things online and without hesitation, Mary helped me check in, showed me where my unit was and even got a personalized pin code for when I return so I wouldn’t have to worry about a long 10 digit pin I wouldn’t remember.
