Great storage facility! The staff was friendly, helpful, and professional. The unit was clean, secure, and easy to access. The whole process was quick and hassle-free. I definitely recommend this storage facility!

We had zero problems with any aspect of this rental/move-in. Michelle and Mary answered all questions professionally and courteous. Access to carts and the elevator was never an issue. I only wish that I'd looked into Prime Storage much sooner.

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND PRIME STORAGE. My experience with Prime Storage has been extremely frustrating, and I believe customers should be aware of several of their business practices before renting here. My rent has been increased repeatedly, approximately every two months. I have rented storage units from other companies and have never experienced increases this frequent. It makes it nearly impossible to know what your unit will actually cost you long-term or to budget accordingly. They also charge a $30 late fee if your paym... read more
