They say it's climate control. It's so hot on the 3rd floor I could not keep my item up there it could possibly damage the wood. I had to go to front desk ask for a different unit on the 1st floor and pay more. Climate control between 55 and 80 that's not really climate control when they don't even do the humidity. Last time. Not again. No gate around the building.
Mary was kind and professional throughout the sign up process and very knowledgeable with all storage facility related questions. Place is new and a great location right off the highway.
