After viewing the facility, I moved my belongings out of a previous storage unit and into Prime Storage in Methuen. I kept my belongings there for over a year & I was constantly in and out of my 2 units. This facility is well managed (Mary is excellent to work with!), very clean, and due to the layout, it is easy to move things in and out of the building. Very clean climate controlled nice facility my only reason for complaint the front north elevator has been broken almost a month now since I moved in. Normally this wouldn’t be a problem however the back door south side door is broken but elevator works there. Same amount of time the front elevator has been broke. my unit is on north side but third floor. So in order to get my stuff in I have to go in north door walk the entire length of building to the south elevator where the doors are broken to get in building there. Then... read more
