Nice , comfortable unit, always clean. Awesome staff.
Prime Storage is a fantastic place to rent out a unit from I enjoyed my experience including the one month free that helped me out so much . Very happy with my choice they definitely will help you out if you are late and communication is amazing in this place of business ! Shout out to Mary she’s amazing I’ve only ever had amazing encounters with her here ! Definitely will rent from Prime storage in the very near future ! Thank you Mary for helping me any way possible and making experience ten times better !
Prime Storage was a great place to keep my household goods. I had a 10x10 unit that offered plenty of space, especially with the high ceiling. Paying my monthly bill through autopayment was convenient, and the checkout process was simple. The only downside was that in the rear of the building, the area by the door slopes away, making it tricky to load or unload the truck since the carts tend to roll downhill.
Mary is an awesome representative! Her personality is outstanding and is very patient when a customer is asking her questions about the facility etc !
Mary was so nice and attentive!
