I reserved online. That went smoothly. Unfortunately I wasn't able to reach the facility or get information . So i had to move my reservation out two days. Still could not reach any. I tried 4 times and even drove there. i finally paid online. I went to the facility and found my unit. its nice and clean. It didn't have a lock for me but I oaid for one.and the ceiling towel is falling down. I called 3 tomes and finally reached someone at the sister unit. I arrived to the storage unit after signing up online to find the place in half working order. I was given a passcode to get through the main door only to find that it is broken and wide open. Thus making it available for anyone to enter at any given time, which is a safety concern. Then I wonder around this massive indoor storage unit looking for my assigned unit for at least 10 minutes. This used to be a great place, but since it became Cube Smart, they have raised my rates, but not fixed the access doors in over A YEAR!! . I have to go during hours and have a guy stand there while I go through my PRIVATE space. Also, the doors either lock and no one with a code can access or they stay wide open for anyone to access. So much for temperature control on days the door stays wide open.
