The Movers were prompt, professional and courteous; they did an excellent job moving all of my storage items. When they moved my personal items into my new location, they arranged all of my furniture, boxes etc. neatly and organized. I'm quite pleased with their customer service. Thank you HireAHelper, Mr. Mills, and the gentleman who came with you (sorry didn't remember his name) and HireAHelper! To date, this is the best phone call I have ever made.
Whoever plays the music here should get a raise. They only play bangers. 5 stars
The staff are accommodating and flexible in meeting me with a crazy schedule and they follow up very well. Issues that come up with storage access, broken access doors for example, are handled quickly and they are great with keeping clients informed.
Excellent customer service. I rented a storage unit and filled it up with needing more space. Customer service took their time and worked with me to come up with the best financial solution.
Professional, KIND, extra helpful & welcoming, very clean well kept establishment. I would really like to thank the manager at the SOUTH EUCLID location. Went over and beyond to make sure I was taken care of in my hard time. THANK YOU!
