Very patient and explained ever rules of renting the storage and the who showed up the room we need is perfect and clean.
We were there for over a year and the elevator never functioned. When we complained, they told us it was a convenience and not necessary anyway. That goes to show how much they really care. This is also supposed to be a secure facility and the gate to get in has been broken for at least two weeks. They increased their rates at an appalling frequency! I believe that the girl up front was very nice and helpful. Little disappointed that the lift on bay 2 doesn’t work as well as the gate. Having the lift not working is extremely difficult. We should not have to go through Bay one and make our way back to Bay 2, especially when you have several loads to put in storage. I was there on Sunday to get something and they were working on it but got tired of waiting.
