Great customer service
Holly and Nissreen are absolutely amazing! Nissreen was absolutely professional and thorough in explaining terms of my lease, security, etc. She made this experience easy. I had a bit of a snafu and had to change sizes of a unit and Holly was most gracious and professional in assisting me with figuring out size. She graciously assisted the movers by pointing out amenities for water and nature breaks, easy access to the building from various directions and just her wonderful personality! Great experience
I had never rented a storage unit before and had several questions. Holly walked me through the process and I am very happy with my decision to store my items here. The facility is very clean and easy to navigate.
