Facility is very clean, well lit and temp controlled. I've been a renter of various sized units at this location for 4 years. Easy to access 24/7. Staff is always helpful and polite.
We could not have been more pleased with this experience. It began with the customer service rep who spoke English and easy to understand. About 20 minutes later we had a call from Aaron, facility manager, walking us through the storage rental process ( we are new to this). It ended with meeting Aaron at the facility. He spent as much time as we needed going through each step and also showing us the different options. Deena (rep) and Aaron made this a pleasant experience from start to finish.
