I did everything online. From reserve to accessing the unit, using it, and locking up. Easy
CubeSmart was exactly what I needed. I was able to rent a storage space online without needing to go to the office. The facility was clean, bright, and I felt safe there alone. When it was time to cancel my unit, Aaron was kind and quick to cancel it for me. I’ll definitely rent here again.
Aaron was extremely helpful in helping me pick the appropriate unit and explaining how the entry code works and the lock for the unit. Good customer service.
Great experience and Amber was absolutely so kind and helpful. This is by far the best place I’ve ever used for storage. Welcome bag in unit and manager card taped to unit wall for any needs you might have. Music in the halls and temperature perfectly regulated and light filled hallway. Very beautiful place. Highly recommend and the rates were reasonable.
Nice clean facility. My company does a lot of business with cubesmarts all over the US. Their employee Aaron was the most helpful employee I've met. He's attentive and efficient. Now I have a favorite cubesmart
