Aaron was extremely helpful! We needed to get a smaller unit and he walked us through the process—excellent customer service and the units are climate controlled and clean. (Carothers Pkwy location in Franklin, TN)
I’ve rented storage units from other places, and they don’t compare to this location. Aaron helped us find the perfect unit for our furniture! We stayed within our budget too. You could tell he genuinely cared about our needs. 10 out of 10, would recommend.

The manager on duty was extremely helpful and able to answer all of my questions. Helped me get the best value that I could and I was very appreciative. Would definitely recommend Cube Smart— it is easy and safe to get in and out of the building. But truly one of the most important things this location has going for them is their manager, Aaron!
