Signed up for a 10x10 unit at CubeSmart unit in mid April for $110 per month. Moved out of my other place storage unit because this was closer to our home.i just received an e-mail informing me my monthly unit price was increasing from $110 to $138 per month!!! That is over a 24% monthly rate increase in less than 3 months! Talk about a classic “bait and switch”. I’ll start looking for another storage facility that doesn’t have a 24+ rate increase in less than 3 months time!!! Renter be aware.
