I had rented from this rental unit for about 3 years and have just moved out. I had seen claims of mouse/rat infestation before moving in, but decided to take my chances. I've decided to write this as an up-to-date update: there definitely is a rodent problem. If you plan on leaving your stuff here, expect an accumulation of rodent droppings all over the floor and your stuff for as long as you stay. For the record, I've had units on the 1st and 2nd floors.
