Very good customer service
Dear Cube Smart Management As a valued customer since September 9 2023 I am very disappointed in tripling my storage fees from $110 to $352 in 45 days. I had paid a storage payment on June 30th and I received notification on August 9th of $352 . I was under the weather for several weeks and moved. I called several times to speak to management I was told that management was not available on vacation to discuss my account. From the minute I entered Cubesmart, I was received warmly. Ms Deborah assisted me all the way. She was very patient with me , answered all my questions calmly, very friendly which made me sooo happy! I had intended to go find out about the place and compare it to the storage facility opposite but with the wonderful customer service shown to me by Ms Deborah I immediately settled for Cubesmart and paid for. Dorthy and Ajae were amazing. The service, the professionalism, the interactions, readily accessibility and the pleasantness. I asked for information and the information was not only researched by this team. But Dorthy actually reached back to me in a very timely manner. They are examples of what, not only, Storage Managers should be but Managers period. Dorthy and Ajae, thank you all you have done. I hope Cube Smart appreciates have you all as managers.
Dorothy has great customer service! She was very accommodating and helpful with my new units. Also Ajay was great as well. I recommend this place to those thinking of using a storage facility.
