Reason for my 5 star review are simple .. first and foremost the property is very clean and well maintained.. the staff is very professional and very transparent in detail ..both guys that I had meet have great customer service very knowledgeable of the property gave me a walk through to let me decide which unit was best for me . Please keep Dena at this location Please!! This lady knows how to treat customers and is friendly, hospitable and respectful. I'm sure Mr. UB would appreciate having someone with such good spirits around who knows their job Although I read some not so flattering reviews here. I reserved a climate-controlled storage unit at 2220 E. Riverside Dr., Austin TX, 78741. When I went to start loading my belongings in the unit for the first time, the unit was not climate controlled; rather, it was just inside. Trash had been left on the floor along with a folded mat that didn't belong to me. My friend went to the office and the employee came upstairs to collect the trash but left the mat in the unit.
