They must be paying for fake reviews. There is NO way this place has a 4.6 rating. It’s INFESTED with rats. There are droppings everywhere inside my two storage units. They are eating some on my things like cushions and chairs. It’s disgusting. The pictures only show some of the droppings. UB is absolutely the best and has continued to go above and beyond to ensure a smooth experience. UB maintains the upmost care for the facility and his tenants. UB keeps the place secure and regularly does walk throughs to ensure all the units are safe and sound. 10/10 would recommend this facility!
I was told upon moving my things in there’s rats and they let people live in their storage units. I’m moving my things out asap.
