I called Cubesmart to address a billing issue and correct my contact information. Dena was very professional, polite, and helpful! The experience was straightforward and easy.
Stored apt furniture in here for a year. When I went to move my stuff out a few days ago, found that all my boxes and furniture were covered in rat droppings and urine, with many things bitten through. Secure plastic coverings were chewed through. Dead rats everywhere. Clearly no pest control at this location, and it looks like the units are open to each other at the top so I assume all the units in my block are probably also infected.
The most helpful workers ub and dena. They help me take my stuff when I needed help and they were the nicest people. Amazing work
