Never again. We needed a storage unit for three months for our daughter's college items. The price was fine, the area is decent. However, getting in touch with anyone in the actual building is impossible. I have called over 30 times in the less than nine weeks we have rented and never once has anyone answered the phone or called back. Then I reached out to the main CubeSmart number. Very easy to rent a storage room!
Good facility, adequate security and protection on doors and entrances. Overall clean and organized. They need to fix the third door loading bay to allow for more access. Good for short term storage.
If the metal around the door latch looks damaged and the latch looks bent, that is because the door was just pulled open. Thieves just pulled my unit's door open and stole my stuff. Don't put anything of value in this place. Would not recommend!
