People at the desk were nice, but there were no carts available. Front desk said they had 4 carts, but that tenants stored them in their unit, that’s why they had none available. I asked why they didn’t just buy more carts, just got a shrug. Bring your own cart if you need to wheel things in.
Thanks so much to Robert at R street location for helping me - he was SO great!!! He helped me talk through all of my options so I could get the most efficient use of my money. He was so patient and helpful and helped me get into my cube when I had forgotten my key. He was so kind and helpful I can’t recommend him enough!
CubeSmart is very clean and the people that work there are respectful and helpful I appreciate them very much and this is my second dealing with them I give them five stars
