this place is a joke. they are the most expensive place in town (and of all the cubesmarts) and they bully threaten and harrass you with cutting your lock and sending your stuff to auction after 10 days- knowing your monthly check comes at the same time every month and not changing due to compensate when asked to. they just want the extra late fee.. knowing you have no choice but to pay it.

RecommendedThey were excellent helping me to find a storage unit to fit my needs. The manager was very nice . I would definitely recommend Cubesmart on Forest Hills road.
They don't care about there customers at all they will keep raising the rent & refuse to tell you when or what the max is, so that means theres no end in site and they can put rent wherever they want whenever they want! Go to a boxed up self storage it's WAY cheaper WAY Bigger for your money, so NEVER IN YOUR LIFE RENT FROM CUBESMART!
Personnel was very nice and helpful. We will provably use them again.
