RecommendedFriendly and very clean facilities
Friendly staff, clean facilities but a bit misleading. The unit I rented was sold as a ‘10x5’ but the actual measurement is like 9’6” x 4’2”
the staff were very friendly and professional.. gave a great tour and offered us options.. we had lots of questions which they answered and even gave us some great ideas!
Cubesmart went above and beyond in customer service. the location on Cedar springs in Dallas Texas had an agent names Amanda who was swift, helpful, and got us the perfect unit!!i would definitely recommend this facility and the company as a whole. The units are clean and kept and the staff greet you with hospitality!
From the moment you walk through the door, you are greeted by an individual that is truly concerned about providing you with top tier customer service. Michael is proud of the facility and wants you to feel confident that you've made the right choice in storing your possessions. Great experience.
Fantastic rental experience. Kim T. was very patient helping me understand options and in finding \the correctly sized space for our needs. Facilities were neat, comfortable and felt very safe. Happy to do business here. Highly recommend.
