Met my needs cooperative staff
Was in a bind for last minute house closing to did not close. Reserved online at 10 o'clock at night and at 8:30 the next morning I got a phone call my delivery truck pulled up and it was the easiest transition ever. They took a lot of stress out of this storage. Great people to work with
The Boynton Beach location on Gateway Boulevard does not have a Facebook page? Anyways good experience until an hour ago. Looking to get a prorate for one or two days due to unexpected delays with my family’s move. Getting the run around...anyone know who I can contact directly? Store manager advised me to contract the corporate office. The corporate office advised that it is a local decision, that someone would contact me in 48 hours, which I do not have that timeframe.
Dave was very helpful and I also like the storage facility . The location is also very close to our home . This is 2nd unit I rented from Dave in 5 weeks ! Thank you for your help .

Great staff! Helpful and friendly! Feel very comfortable there and also like the storage facility itself. The location is very close to my home so I am able to run over whenever I need something.
The manager George Ramos is excellent. He took care of us, and was very polite. He understands your needs and does everything he can to accommodate them.
