Worst customer service ever. You have to call a main number then go through a million prompts before , hopefully, getting a person. It would be easier to call the President and get through to someone! Would never recommend. Prices are inflated as well.
I hired movers to move my apartment into temporary storage. When we arrived we learned the elevator was out of order, and the climate control I pay extra for was not on or working. Not only did it cost extra for me to move my stuff because the elevator was out of order. The poor gentlemen I hired suffered from the heat. Terribly unsatisfied.
