Nancy Gomez was amazing. She had answers for all my questions and was friendly. The facility was clean and easy to access off the freeway. Been using this place since it opened and have seen very happy with their service. Recommend Bert and Nancy at CubeSmart.
Very rude general manager who quoted me one number and billed me another. It was such a hassle getting and switching cubes for my business' storage. Especially when the units are bug ridden and "climate control" is a joke. I can't wait until the other storage provider opens by me.
Excellent front staff, friendly and helpful. Helped me with choosing right size unit .
