I spoke with a gentleman named Joel today and he explained to me that I needed to get there and make a payment so that they would not auction my storage unit so I called him this afternoon three minutes after four to tell him I was on my way we discussed my payment and that was the end of the phone call however when I arrived at cube smart at 4:25 nobody was there the door was locked and there was a sign stating that they wouldn’t return until after five I’m not wowed at all

The process was very easy. I had never rented a storage unit before. Cindy Greathouse was very professional, answered all my questions and was very helpful! The process and the prices are very reasonable. The facility is impressive- security keypads at all entrances, clean and well lit. The loading carts are such a blessing so you don't have to carry things from your car to your unit! I have recommended them to a friend and she is going to check it out! You should too! They are great!
