I find them to very helpful in fulfilling our needs as a longstanding customers. We enjoy the relationship we have developed over the time period that we have been with them. I do and will continue to reckomend this facility to others.
The best costumer care. Michael Zappola is a great manager. I locked my self out and called cub smart 1800 # and Micheal personally called back and provided me with service after hours. Tonia Tutt is friendly, and smart. Thank you guys you's are like family.
Easily one of the most helpful, responsive, honest, affordable and accommodating facilities in the area. The free truck rental during move-in was a godsend, and the location is very easy to access. I feel secure with my belongings in this location. Keep up the good work!
They are so nice and clean. Michael zappola let me bring my dog while they showed me the facility. He is the most friendliest person I've met.
Great service and very friendly, all units are very nice and are exactly what is advertised online. Being able to rent a truck is extremely useful as well.
