RecommendedA couple of the buildings at this location were flooded by the recent rains. While it did take a while to notify the tenants about the problem, the staff did bring in cleaning teams to help us sort through our losses, re-box what was salvageable, and to start the claims process. It was and remains a tough situation for all, but the management team and those they brought in to help did what they could to make the process less difficult.
Does anyone know how storage units work, because apparently I’m oblivious. Our things have been in there for 3 months. We had 3 of those jars of the Damp Rid in here. Our couches are all molded, including our sectional which we just paid $1200 for a month before moving it in here. I asked the lady in the office why this could’ve happened and she says she has no clue and that that’s never happened before. Stanley steamer is quoting me at $200 to Deodorize and deep clean them but honestly idk if it’s even sanitary afterwards! ... read more
