This is my second time using CubeSmart self storage and I’ve had nothing but grate customer service. They made it simple for me with there on line service. I was not able to make it there before there office closed but when I did everything I need was left for me in side my unit. I’m very satisfied.

Customer service is good. I've been a customer at this facility since December 1, 2019. Oh, before I forget I almost fell over a ceil fan and a bag of trash that was sitting near my unit yesterday that wasn't even mines. It was cool there in the beginning up until last week when I went to start retrieving my things out of the unit. Customer service is good. But, the location of the unit wasn't, it was in the back and everytime it rained during the summer my fiance and I would get ate up by mosquitoes. The bugs that that got into the unit was disturbing to my fiance, he was highly disappointed for the amount paid every month.

Everyone at Cubesmart Store0584 was Great- the receptionist was super helpful- had good moving tipswas super efficient & courteous and friendly. John, who i assumed was the manager made sure the space was clean, the lock worked properly.. showed me to the space several times and made sure all the lightbulbs were changed so the lighting in the space was good ... the storage facility was clean overall in the Covid era ... overall pleasant doing business w/ these folks ..

Had to find storage for my daughter’s stuff when at THE LAST MINUTE her apartment was not ready for move-in (told us 1 hour before move-in was scheduled to start). Ryan Reilly, the Manager, at CubeSmart was a life safer and made the whole process smooth and gave me peace of mind about storing her things there. The facility is secure, clean, and climate controlled and access was convenient. I would definitely recommend using this facility!!

I had an excellent experience Kim was very gracious and knowledgeable showed me everything that I need for my storage unit very kind and courteous would recommend

Enclosed units, very clean and well maintained. I'm 62 and have back and leg problems. The elevator is a plus. I feel confident that my property is safe there because of the security features. Hugh was very kind and I appreciate how I was treated. The price is very affordable for my budget.

I rented a 10x20 reserved on line for $107.23/ mo including tax. The first question I asked was will my rate increase. A very simple question, I was told it would not increase. A few months later it increased to $124.70. I called to see why was given a song and dance and was told manager would adjust rate back to $107.23, that didn’t happen either. Then I went on line to reserve 5x10. On line price was $52.30 / mo but when I went to office it now was magically $61.10. Since I already had information on file not sure why I ha... read more
