After my horrible experience with another Rockville storage company I was so happy & relieved to find CubeSmart self storage here in Rockville, Md.
The Manager, Adam Keith, explained all of the criteria involved in using the CubeSmart storage facility. He was very knowledgeable and tried to accommodate my needs by showing me several options in the building. Adam processed my paperwork in an expedited manner and I was able to utilized the storage unit within a half hour.
Bob and Adam at CubeSmart in Rockville were fabulous with every part of the rental and move-in experience. I would highly recommend this facility!
I highly recommend this CubeSmart! The facility has many units to choose from. It is very clean and well lit inside and outside. The inside carpeting adds a nice touch. The staff is very knowledgeable, polite and so easy to work with.

Bob in the office is phenomenal. He is pleasant, professional and helpful. The building and storage units are immaculate. This has been a great experience all around.
