very affordable and great customer service
Well when I went to apply for a larger storage room I asked for the largest one she had and she told me she would hold it for me and it will cost me $180 a month. But when I got there I learned that it was not the largest storage room she had and I inquired about the larges store room again and now she tells me that it would cost me $305 a month to rent it when I was told before the larges when she had would cost me $180 to rent it I was very disappointed � I also had a witness with me to witness what she told me because my ... read more
Monica is a great person and tells you just like it is. It is what it is! I'd like to thank her for her prompt action on giving me a smaller unit at the last minute. Keeping me from an unnecessary monthly storage bill. Lee is so helpful and they are both so friendly. Nothing but good things to say about them both.
