This is my first experience with self storage, and manager Sue Kelly was simply outstanding. She took her time in explaining and showing me the various options, and was super to work with. I felt very comfortable with my choice to use this facility knowing that Sue is available for anything that might come up. I can't remember the last time I was treated so well by a business manager. Thanks Sue!
The Montgomeryville CubeSmart is as well managed as any storage facility I've ever seen. Sue Kelly is the General Manager and does an excellent job of taking care of the customers. She is the number one reason to use this CubeSmart facility. She is smart, organized, very professional, and easy to work with. Sue will extend herself for the customer like no one I've seen in a long time. The pricing is competitive and the facility is easy to find.
