The location is great, right off the freeway. It’s in the middle of a neighborhood and seems pretty safe. Love that they stay open pretty late compared to other storage businesses around. They keep the place clean at all times. I’ve been renting a unit 3 months now and have never seen trash or left behind garbage which is pretty impressive to me for a storage unit business. I have never had a more easy experience when rent out a storage unit. Tammy was so helpful with explaining to me my options, pricing and axis to the facility. The grounds were spotless and very well kept. I felt so comfortable with leaving my valuables in Tammy’s care. She exemplifies customer service excellence and was so personable and funny.
