Manager George was personable, jovial, easeful, respectful, and importantly, tolerant of my many questions, concerns, and demands. That's a paradigm shift for me in dealing with storage facilities. His good spirit quelled my intent to check on other places and I was happy to commit to this clean, new facility right away.
