Kind manager with a smiling face was on point. I knew what I wanted- she said it was the fastest transaction she had ever completed at the facility- fine by me.
Shavon was very helpful during my move out. She definitely cares about her customers. She was very kind. The reason for lower score is the excessive increases in rent. Increases of well over $200.00 in a 4 year period is exorbitant.
The process of renting was a breeze.Did everything online. But the manager make sure to call me to welcome me and then make sure everything went smoothly. She's great! My storage unit was very clean and ready to go then app made easy to get it in and out of the gate. price was great! All around the great experience I highly recommend!
