When ever I come in to pay my bill Mr.Jose is always very polite and very helpful I have had my unit for One Year and I’m very pleased with the help he always gives me when I come in 👍
I love the fact that I got a climate controlled unit on the first floor. The manager Jose was very helpful and friendly.
Frauds. I don't have a storage unit with them. In fact, I don't have a storage unit with anyone. Nevertheless, they managed to get hold of my bank account number and debit my account. When I called to get them to look into it and reverse the fraudulent charge Jose, who claims to be the General Manager, told me "I didn't do it, it's not my problem."
