Paul and Wanda were absolutely fantastic to work with! From the moment we entered the facility they were welcoming, friendly, enthusiastic and provided all around great customer service. As resellers, we interact with many employees at storage facilities, and honestly most are less than welcoming. My first comment to my husband when we got to the truck was how great their customer service was, hands down best experience!
Wanda was very friendly. She answered all my questions I had regarding the process to get a storage unit. Made the process smooth and easy and stress free.
