Worst experience ever. We are trying to get our belongings out of storage and moved to Alaska. We hired a private moving freight company and CubeSmart won't allow the moving company's truck on the premises. As a back up plan we rented moving PODS that we could load up and then that moving company comes and picks them up but they won't allow those on the premises either. CubeSmart is expecting us to rent a UHAUL, load all our stuff up and then drive the UHAUL truck to the moving facility and unload it and then reload it onto ... read more
Recommendedthe person who (sorry don't remember his name) was really nice, but not very knowledgeable. When we asked him questions, his response was I don't know or I can't answer that question.
The manager was very helpful the day I signed the lease, and Jaclyn was real nice as my first contact. Both are excellent employees. I feel that the online information was a bit misleading with the pricing, but I'm over it.

Never had a storage unit before and this has been a good experience. Manager did an excellent job answering all my questions. I would definitely recommend this facility.
Great place and people... moved to Florida from Massachusetts and was an easy transition thanx to them!!
