Melissa was so helpful she showed me my unit and how to access the gate i am satisfied with her service
Great environment! Melissa helped me out in getting a storage unit. She was kind, talkative and very clear. The only thing I would say is that I wish the website was more clear in the storage unit being outdoor or indoor. I wanted a indoor one but on the website I reserved a unit. When I got there I was informed it was outdoor and had to change that. Another thing is that I dont feel comfortable storing books there because its a too humid in there which is disappointing if they fixed those two things it would be perfect.
Melissa made the whole process of storing our items a breeze! She treated me like an old friend, understanding what I need and finding the best options. When you say CubeSmart - I say Melissa!
