I highly recommend Elias Santiago, General Manager at the Roosevelt Blvd. location to accommodate customers. Mr. Santiago has professional, and excellent interpersonal skills. He has terrific people friendly skills, also. God bless!

I have been using CubeSmart for years. The staff are all a mixed bag and one in particular (nameless) I believe she is no longer there, however the manager, Elias was extremely helpful with all of my storage needs. Very professional when it comes to greeting customers and handling rude customers on the phone. He is definitely 5 stars.
