I came to check the facility out - we want our contents secure. SROA had an amazing price on a climate controlled unit, and Frank the manager was AWESOME!!! He toll me back to see the unit, which like the facility, was absolutely spotless. The SROA facility is convenient to our home, access is easy, and Frank made me feel right at home. I went to check on my RV Jan 11th and realized my hot water heater door on my RV had been tampered with. After further inspection I noticed my propane tanks had been stolen. I looked around and noticed all of the RV’s tanks had also been stolen. What type of security does this place provide where someone can come take everyone’s propane tanks without being noticed. There were at least 20 RV’s with missing tanks. I will be moving my rv elsewhere.

Not only was the storage unit very spacious, the staff that I talked to while renting it was very nice. That plus it also has an offer to where you only have to pay $10 for the first three months. That’s awesome. Will definitely recommend. 10 outta 10 on a scale of happiness.
I am not happy with my payment and how it has increased $70 in less than a year! Nothing changed in my unit. No electricity, no climate control, just same unit with an increased payment.
