Jamound made the process fast and he was very professional.
Cheap price for size rented. Half the price of competition. Perfect location. Associate on the other hand doesn't know that when you have a customer in the office, and one calls on phone, the one in the office shouldn't wait over 10 minutes to be served because phone customer is having a full conversation with him. The proper thing to do is to say, "excuse me while I take this call, answer it, tell them to hold or call back. I have a new rental in the office". It was a total inconvenience for me. The associate was naseem.
