Amazing staff and location!
The staff is friendly, the grounds are clean and well kept. I would recommend them to all. Its also a convenient location. When you rent from them you can also use their moving truck for free. If you have storage needs this is the place to go.
I have been with ElWoods for at least 9 years my mother also has a storage unit there we love the management and if we have a problem with our unit door shutting etc.they have always been prompt to fix it. I definitely recommend this facility.
Very rude evening shift worker. Thought my adult children should "fish out trash " that someone had put in dumpster and accused us of propping door with rocks. All I can say is check your camera and your attitude.I wont be back!
I use this place everytime I rent a U-Haul. They are very kind and always go out of their way to be helpful.

Paula the manager is the best she is truly a blessing You just gave her problem she will find you a solution !!!Jennifer the office staff is also very Helpful this is the Best storage to Me not only in Houston ,but in the whole nation I believe . They are a great Facility they even have elevators for Tenants. They also provide A Courtesy Truck . Storage west Has made my life easier Not harder!!!
I would give this company zero stars!!! I rented a facility from this group with the guidance of April, the manager. I had a moving company put my things in storage as I was headed out of town for business. I had plans to fly back into town, go the the unit I never saw and get my change of clothes to fly out for several more months of doing business. My family has rented here for years. Each generation (parents, sister/bro in law, me) has been very satisfied. Off and on and for various reasons we have been customers for over 20 years. The staff have always been helpful, friendly and polite. The storage facility has always been clean, bug free, and without an unpleasant odor. The manager (LLoyd) is not working as much there as of 2017, but I will predict it will continue to be well managaged.
