Stopped by to pick up a late lunch/early dinner of Lechon. Succulent, tender pork pieces, black beans and rice, plantain, pickled red onion and sauces. I will be back. The owner isn't open for dinner right at the moment, but I am hoping she will be soon. There used to be a Cuban/Caribbean restaurant on San Carlos Ave in San Carlos, but it closed, sadly. I'm married into a Cuban family and this is authentic Cuban food made by real Cubanos. The owner is a great lady and made us feel right at home. They even cater food which I'll be suggesting to my people in our office
