Absolutely true Authentication Cuban Dishes. The hospitality is perfect. The chef introduced himself to me with his lovely wife. I highly recommend this restaurant. Atmosphere is fun, food is wonderful. Beautiful presentation. My fiance and I love this restaurant.

My husband and have been here several times. The food is excellent and the staff very friendly. This past saturday we drove from north lakeland to eat cuban food my husband wanted the ropa vieja with congri. Unfortunately we were told by staff no more congri and that the ropa vieja was finished earlier in the day we got there around 5:30. We were a little disappointed and ordered something else. Terrible service- totally unorganized. They opened 10 minutes late even after walking by the doir seeing their customers waiting. I waited in line to order my meal to eat there and was told to sit down because other people were also waiting. We waited and they took order of a person that arrived after everyone. Will definately not be going back. Hopefully other people have a better experience.

Hoy fue la primera vez que voy y va hacer la ultima vez. No se lo que le pasó a la mesera pero el servicio y la actitud sobre mi y a mi amiga era horible. La mesera nos trató como si fuéramos las peores. No se si era porque eramos puertoriqueñas y no se lleva con nuestra raza o es su manera de ser. I don't know if they changed cooks, but the food is terribly salty, the last two times we ordered out we couldn't eat the food. The service is terrible, there's a young girl with light eyes with a bad attitude. We asked for sandwiches, one without pickles and mayo. She said the sandwiches are already made and they all come the same, no exceptions. WTF? Then another time we wanted to buy rice and beans for4 people. Plan on getting ignored. I waited over 5 minutes at the counter to place a to-go order and no one even acknowledged me. A patron walked up and placed an order as I was waiting. She didn't have the courtesy to tell me she'd be with me momentarily, something, anything, nada. Definitely will not go back.
