I do not feel that this place deserves any stars. The pharmacy technicians most definitely abuse their power and will not provide medications, even when time to refill. I had an altercation with the one lady with pearls on her cat eye glasses. She wanted to have a physical fight while on the clock. Management did not intervene. I've been using Cub pharmacy off 10th Street for approximately 10 years. All those years have been great and I recommend this pharmacy to anyone who lives in this area. A FEW MONTHS AGO, THE MANAGER LEFT AND THEY PROMOTED FROM WITHIN THE COMPANY AND SAMANTHA BECAME THE NEW MANAGER. SAMANTHA IS WONDERFUL AND HIGHLY INTELLIGENT. had a prescription for xtampza that were "supposed" to order on 10/17/2023. they did not order it until 10/23/2023, why? because they wanted to make sure we had insurance to pay for it. Did they call us, no. I've been using cub pharmacy for many years, now not ever again.
Great service and very pleasant experience talking with Stacy today at the Cub pharmacy in Monticello Minnesota!! My husband gets his medications filled there and I had a question regarding one of them. It was so nice to talk with someone who is patient and thorough and not hang up on me! Stacy deserves a raise!!
