Team of absolute rockstars - small branch, staff that treat you like gold, accounts with solid value, and they're local!
Extremely inconvenient hours for anyone that works a 9-5 job Monday- Friday. You’ll literally have to book time off of work to be able to interact with an actual human being as they close at 4 on weekdays and are closed on weekends.
Terrible service. Sent an email enquiring about a service and they did email back right away asking when they could call me. I responded with an open availability. No call back. I called them and no apology but the financial advisor said he would need to call me back in a day or two. Never heard back again. There are lots of financial institutions to choose from. If you want dependable and reliable service go elsewhere.
