If I could put less than 1 star I would. I had a meeting with an employee here two weeks ago. I have left messages three days and he will not return my calls. I know there is no such thing as customer service now but I expect more from a financial institution

I have been doing business with them for 60 years and they have been excellent to deal with.Many times helping me with difficult situations over the sale of my house,even over the phone.

I spoke to the person at the desk who was a trainee who was very polite but there was a person (a manager). I'm not sure who she was but she was so rude to myself and the traine. She also seemed rather confused and had a hard time keeping track of the conversation which was weird. Anyway, I was there to open a bank account for a non-profit and I was promptly told that there was no time for me and that someone would be emailing me.
