They were great to work with from the beginning. It was easy and fast without any crazy up sale tactics. Price was fair and no hidden costs. They will be finishing the rest of the house in the future.
We carpeted our whole house, did a bathroom remodel and tiled our mud room and we were very happy with CTW and especially all the support from Cody. He was very helpful (and patient!) with the design and assisting us in choosing colors and products. Lucas did a phenomenal job with the tile! We really appreciated his attention to detail because it turned out beautiful. The carpet installation went perfect because of the professionalism of the crew. We are really enjoying our cozy new upgrades.
We can't say enough good things when it comes to the professionals at CTW. We were looking to upgrade our entire house, and were told about CTW, so we stopped by and found that all the good things we had been told were true. They provided us with the most current information on both engineered flooring and state of the art carpet, and we knew we had come to the right place. With CTW's friendly and knowledgeable staff, we could not be happier, and our Lake House feels cozy and inviting. Thank you.

We had a time constraint to get our flooring ordered and installed for our new home. After meeting with Amy, she understood our urgency and was confident CTW could help us. She came to measure that next day and a week later we had our carpet installed. In the end we actually ended up saving money based on other quotes we had received. All in all, we were extremely happy with the exceptional customer service and most importantly our new carpet! We will be back.
Great experience from start to finish. Joe was great. He answered my many questions quickly and was very helpful, especially when deciding on what flooring to go with. The installers were great too. They came in and got right to work and did an excellent job. I would definitely use this company again in the future.
I have worked with a number of people from CTW in both business and home carpet needs because the service I get is above and beyond. I have worked most with Cody who always shows up on time and does his job diligently. He knows the products he is selling and doesn't sell based on what is going to make his wallet larger but rather on honesty.
