I normally get recertified in the hospital but due to schedule changes had to go with a third party vendor for my recertifications. Originally I had a class scheduled with a different company and they had to cancel two hours before the class started over email with a quick refund, and no other support. I was not impressed. My instructor was very professional and worked well with my schedule. I received one on one instruction. The class environment was very nice as well.

My class was structured, prompt and knowledgeable. The instructors guided us through the scenarios and allowed time for questions. CTS is a top notch company for your education needs. They understand how busy nurses are, and offer classes that fit our schedules. I will tell all of my colleagues to choose CTS.

Had a great experience at CTS getting BLS/ACLS. The venue, staff, and my instructor, Cherelle, were all A+. I called the night before class and was given a spot without problems. I'll definitely go back for any updates and renewals.

Tanisha was an amazing instructor! She was very knowledgeable and patient with all students.
