Staff kind, emphathetic, informative.
Awful awful people in their billing department.. they don’t know what they are doing and code things wrong which then gets rejected by insurance because it was coded wrong.. they say they will fix it & never do so you will end up with a bill that insurance would have covered 100%. Violated hippa as they sent me someone else’s records.. then they say they are going to write off the whole bill only to send a bill 6 months later stating “management” reversed it and said to bill again!!!
