Mike is not a trustworthy contractor. After he poured the concrete, cracks began forming almost immediately. When I raised the issue, he replaced a few cracked slabs but downplayed the severity and assured me the cracking would stop – which was simply not true. Just a couple months later, over 40% of the new concrete pour has developed cracks.
