We use CT pest Solutions for quarterly maintenance of rodents and other common household pests. Frank, our service technician is the best. He's very knowledgeable, patient with us due to the many questions we sometimes ask, and just a down to earth person. We highly recommend not only CT Pest Solutions but Frank.
Jonathan has kept up with a great service each visit. He'll give a heads up and politely and carefully makes his way through the areas he needs to check. We had quick responses to any callouts. I'd recommend John's work.
Great company! Frank is excellent, I'm never happier to see someone than when he shows up because I know the problem will be solved and he sets our mind at ease. Bees, ants, gross little mice scurrying up to my attic in the winter, he will eliminate them all easily and expeditiously, he is a total pro! Michael was professional, courteous and knowledgeable when he visited my home. He was thorough in his explanation of how, when, where and why pests can enter a dwelling. After the inspection he offered me sound reassurance that my home was pest free. King was out to our home to place bait traps for termite issue. Very personable and professional. He took the time to explain everything. They were recommended to me by another pest control company so I was confident they would do a great job.
