Recently purchased a 2012 Honda pilot absolutely love it everyone was sweet helpful and made what I wanted happen I will definitely go to them again. I worked with Orlando and some other guy that did all the paperwork/money stuff.
You guys played me with the Acura MDX it’s so many things that I got it fix on that car so I went to you guys to complain but of course Ivan have no time na he didn’t want the other customers to hear me complaint because you guys want to make a sale I would not recommended to no one to go to you guys on top of that if you scroll down even ppl who works there are the one here recommended to you...but that ok you guys only got me ones it’s I live and learn
The paint on the car I bought from them is PEELING! Very disappointing, my family has been going to them for over 5 years but now we won’t be returning.
Terrible customer service. Airbags in vehicle they were trying to sell me had an issue that was supposed to be fixed before it was turned over to me. It was not fixed, so I refused to take the vehicle and then CT Auto sales decided to keep my deposit even though they had a breech of contract by not fixing the airbag problem. I would recommend to never buy a vehicle from CT Auto sale EVER! Especially if the the salesperson is Ivan Solis who got loud with me and said "fine you're not getting your deposit back then" when I refu... read more
