Horrible. The owner was disrespectful. He was rude and gave no information. As soon as he found out that I wanted to buy the car with cash over the phone he was absolutely rude.
Terrible Customer service. They got me into a car. it was a good deal. But there was an technical issue with the first payment being made on the due date. The app that I was told to set up my payments took too many days to register my payment. and the system saw it as late which automatically canceled my contract and repo the vehicle. the problem I have is when I called the bank is the said that they did not order a Repo and that my account was good. and the this dealer told me that they didn't order the repo. well someone d... read more
Found a vehicle online and messaged with the owner. We agreed to a price and a time to meet for delivery. I took a half day off from work, went to the bank for the cash, drove over an hour south to the city of Bridgeport. When I arrived, I was told by a worker that I was one of 6 people who was coming to see the vehicle but that a deposit was taken earlier that morning, it was already sold.
