Communication was poor. My husband specifically asked about treating the attic when scheduling and then when they got to our house we were told they won't treat the attic because they don't want to pay for people falling through the ceiling. Probably great if you just need perimeter spray but would not treat the source so would be a waste of time and money for us. Sonny goes above and beyond. Called him late one night and he came by the very next day. He did a great job of talking through what he did and what also what to expect. Highly recommend him for any pest problem you have.
Very timely response to my termite concerns. Came out the following day and was honest and thorough with their investigation. Highly recommended pest control service in Central Illinois!
