I signed up for quarterly service and when I attempted to schedule my 2nd service weeks in advance via phone and email, only to receive no response. After sending a message to them via FB, I was finally offered appointment times that didn’t fit my schedule bc all the times that would work were already booked. I wasn’t going to take time off work to work around their schedule.
