I'm in pain after i waited 15 minutes for a staff to finally take me off the machine after i finished. Like they weren't even trying to get me out of the machine. They went on and did the three people that had been there after me. Like, i was there way before, and it took two staffs to tell them to take me off the machine and still refused to do it until someone finally stepped in and took me off the machine. I want to report something that happened during my recent plasma donation at your center. After the donation was finished, I was left sitting for about 15 minutes with the needle still in my arm. No one told me what was going on or explained why I had to wait like that. I told a staff member about it, but they didn’t seem to care and didn’t give me any real response. I just wanted to say thank you to Shamiera Jackson. She was absolutely amazing. She was also able to answer every question I had even though I've been donating for years, I was curious about a few things. Lastly, I am terrified of needles she was able to calm me down by just continuing to talk to me to keep my mind busy. Also, the needle stick was completely painless. I wish every employee was like her. She is an asset to the company!
Idk what people are on about... she changed gloves.. everything was sanitary she was really nice and the process took about an hour. That's to be expected. If you think it's going to take 30 min don't donate plasma lol
