Very bad service. I went today, Friday, and a very nice lady helped me and asked for all my documents. Then another person appeared, telling me that they couldn't help me because Spanish wasn't spoken there. Everything was in English. I asked her what the problem was, that Spanish wasn't spoken here. She was rude, then she went and looked for another member of her staff who did speak Spanish and repeated to me in Spanish that Spanish wasn't spoken here and that I had to go to another location....don't they speak Spanish or d... read more
