Staff always professional
Need to hire more techs or the techs need to delegate task better. There shouldn't be 4 staff on the floor and only 1 is picking and everyone else is sitting around waiting for god knows what. They are nice but they move slow. Twice I've sat with the needle in my arm longer than 10 minutes after completed donation because they move sooooo slow. I try to come at certain times because I know if there are more than 3 people in the que then it will take like 3 hours to donate. I enjoy donating to help the community but it is bec... read more
The slowest by far of the 3 I go to. They don't offer water or crackers like the others. The staff talks down to you and dismisses you as if you are not important. I only go here because of the time I get off of work.
