Staff rude majority of it
The entire staff is professional and proficient in what they do.
I was not able to fully donate due to getting sick my first time here but the whole staff was so friendly and accommodating. If my body could handle it, I’d be back at this location. Very professional and calming from the moment I walked in all the way to the end!
CSL has over stayed its welcome. They are rude and disrespectful. They also lie to justify how they mistreat people who come to donate. I was deferred for QUESTIONING the way I was treated. I was not loud or in any way disrespectful. I simply asked why I had to complete a step that is out of the normal. I was unaware that there was a problem until I went to make another donation. Then, I was told I was deferred. They are unprofessionall, lazy and abusive. I'm done with CSL.
