This was my first experience with donating plasma. Because I was a first time donor, I was walked through the entire process by a staff member. Everyone was professional and caring. The first time took longer, because there are approximately 60 questions to answer and staff documents any outlying answers. I have completed my second donation now and also had a great experience. Highly recommend CSL for donating if you feel so inclined. Thank you to the staff!
Today's donation was bitter sweet. Oscar was the only phlebotomist sticking on the floor during my visit and was doung an outstanding job. I saw two management persons looking reluctant to come assist, one female, glasses, stocky and other skinny male spiked hair. Lawanda took me down and was working quickly to assist Oscar. Having been a restaurant manager for over twenty years, I know a manager can make or break a shift by how quickly they jump in to help.
