I was a new doner they had me sitting for hours and when it was my time to check my vitals they told me my iorn was low and proceeded to tell me to come back the next day so I came back the next day and I've already told me to come back three times in a row and i have heard orther people on my situation come back after eating with the same situation as me of having low iron and get to donate now I have to come back the next day and I'm tired of having to go over there and get told to come back the next day when everybody els... read more
Evertime! I go I stand in line for screening the to donate. It's takes longer to get to the back then to donate
i luv the new machine ur done in 30 mins..sum ppl need lil work but other than that its awesome great friendly staff
No longer be donating with this place. They always have the machine turned up too high. The last 3 times, they blew my veins from the machine being to high and inexperienced phlebs. This last time I was upset and did take it out on the floor manager (from what his name tag stated) but when I told him it blew he looked at me like I was stupid and had no clue what I was talking about i then explained to him that I am an emt and phleb and my wife has been a phleb for over 15 years I know what im talking about.
