Every experience is stress free. The employees are really professional and interact well with donors. You will feel nothing painful except a little prick with the needle. There is zero negative experiences when donating with the staff at CLS. An excellent way to earn a little extra money while saving lives.
This place needs better medical. Had to wait an hour to see medical for a dime size bruise. Ridiculous
This was my first experience with CSL. I was a first time donor today and I was informed when I walked in that it would be a 2–4 hour wait. Completely understandable. It actually took three hours. All of the staff were very helpful, kind, and patient. The manager Joe came in personally, spoke to me. It was a great experience, even though there were a lot of people in the waiting room.
Don’t think I’ve ever left a review but here we go. I am just absolutely Furious with this place at the moment. It’s not that It was an awful experience at all. I was going as a first time donor and talked to 4 people before got to the 5th person after 2 hours (this is normal and was expected) but once I get to the 5th person I am informed I cannot donate because I “have an open wound” it’s a pimple that has been dry and scabbed over all day.
