Today's donation was bitter sweet. Oscar was the only phlebotomist sticking on the floor during my visit and was doung an outstanding job. I saw two management persons looking reluctant to come assist, one female, glasses, stocky and other skinny male spiked hair. Lawanda took me down and was working quickly to assist Oscar. Having been a restaurant manager for over twenty years, I know a manager can make or break a shift by how quickly they jump in to help. Horrible experience
Bri & Oscar Always make the process of donating go so much smoother! I have small veins & they roll, therefore are tricky to stick to where I dont feel the needle vibration under my skin. Oscar is my safe haven when it comes to getting stuck, hes quick, friendly & professional, my anxiety dissipates when I realize he's there on my donating days & is able to help me get situated.
