CSL IS A TOTAL RIP OFF… Failed to inform me that they pay differently after Saturday… Only after they took my plasma did they inform me… They are a scam… I will be reporting them to the Better Business Beaureau
Already was kind of wary of going to this place based on what I've heard about others' experiences. Noticed people said they couldn't even get them on the phone. Ok, no big deal, sometimes businesses are busy. Tried calling 3x a day for 2 days, and the phone rang so long that it just timed out every time. Pulled up to the location and it already doesn't look the best based off the outside alone. Too many people being fired and hired it’s like a constant rotation of new employees. The wait can be ok sometimes but then other times the line is almost double the wait of the actual donation. The thing that irks me the most is it seems like the avoid answering the phone at all costs I’ve never EVER been able to get thru to them they calling and after the first time it just always goes to busy I know they have a phone I’ve heard it ring while being there and NO ONE answers it I’m pretty sure they just put the phone off the... read more
