Under staffed, slow, pay the leaste in Birmingham.. Unprofessional
Should be ashamed to be this slow, it's less than 20 people here
Their machines are faster than BioLife, but they don't hook as many people up at once. Another review complains about racism, but I didn't experience any. I can see where employees would seem frustrated from being understaffed which is the same problem every plasma center seems to have. Payment is according to body weight, as it should be. Get more machines to reduce the wait time and I'll give 5 stars.
I don't normally leave reviews but they have to be the slowest plasma center in Birmingham
