I’m very seldomly reviews, but I think it’s important as a customer I would advise that no one use CSL Plasma. Wonderful People also a great spot for donations
Everything went fine till the donation process. First time here and walked out. Will go else where next time.
Stopped donating for a long time cause it seems the employees are never on the same page about where/how to direct people and argue with each other behind the counter. Gave it another chance today and was told I needed to start over as a new patient since it had been over a year, which is fine. The nurse didn’t agree with the manager about this so while in her office (where I was told to go) she didn’t even check vitals or ask any questions and told me to go to the kiosk and stand in line so I did.
